This futuristic music & hip style combined with his latin roots would plant the seeds for his ever-evolving sound.

Moving to Dallas, in the early 90’s he continued to develop his love for electronic music. Consumed with his new passion he would buy his first piece of production gear a MPC drummachine by saving his earning as a dishwasher at a local restaurant. Maceo, known as Eric Entity, at the time would start building his global audience during the late 90’s rave boom. Dallas would serve as the stomping grounds to his professional carrier in dance music where he performed under his live performance alias Maetrik.

It would not be until 2010 that the Maceo Plex identity would be realized after he and his wife moved to Valencia, Spain leaving all they have known behind them in search of something more. BIOGRAPHY

Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix, the dynamic duo behind Pan-Pot, met at Berlin’s SAE Institute and bonded over their shared passion for techno. Their music blends electronic experimentation with minimal stylings and the murky, ominous sounds that define their name.

A defining moment in Pan-Pot’s career came with the release of their debut album, Pan-O-Rama, in 2007. This album offered a unique, 360-degree view of techno, balancing heavy, peak-time club tracks with deeper, intricate atmospherics, and included the hit "Charly." Subsequent tracks like "Confronted" and "Captain My Captain" solidified their reputation as top- tier producers with a timeless production style.

In 2014, Pan-Pot launched their own imprint, Second State, which has become a creative platform for their music and that of like-minded artists. This label has brought new names like Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Stephan Hinz, and Michael Klein into the spotlight, expanding Pan-Pot’s influence beyond music to events, art, and fashion. They released their second album, The Other, in 2015 and have crafted high-profile remixes for Carl Cox, Luke Slater, Planetary Assault System, Obscure Shape and Reinier Zonnefeld. Their relentless touring schedule has seen them perform at top clubs and festivals worldwide, including Time Warp, Awakenings, Glastonbury, Kappa Future, and Tomorrowland. Pan-Pot's unparalleled understanding of the dance floor, whether in an intimate club or massive festival, allows them to traverse Techno, House, and everything in between with masterful precision.

After years on the biggest stages in electronic music, Pan-Pot released their project FORTE in 2023. The album, marking their 20th anniversary, featured ten tracks, each telling a unique story and reflecting their evolving sound and global experiences. FORTE embodies strength and reflects on their journey, reinvention, and inspirations in a fast-changing world.

In 2024, the FORTE album was reimagined with the release of FORTE Remixes by notable artists. Giorgia Angiuli reworked "Utopia" with deep, sonic electricity, while DAST delivered a stirring reinterpretation of "Evolution." LUMI, a rising name in the scene, transformed "Bond" into a blistering track with spiraling melodies and emotive strings.

Beyond music, Pan-Pot's influence extends into fashion. They became part of the 2024 Berlin Fashion Week with the Haderlump Show. Their music set the tone for the show, featuring bomber jackets made from recycled parachute fabrics and designs inspired by early 20th-century aviators, blending traditional and contemporary styles.

In 2024, Pan-Pot celebrated 30 years of Time Warp with an ARTE livestream performance that showcased their timeless style, characterized by rock-infused sequences, euphoric synths, and cascading white noise. This performance at the legendary Maimarkthalle demonstrated their enduring impact on the techno scene.

With no signs of slowing down, Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix continue to push boundaries, solidifying Pan-Pot's place as world-class artists, performers, and tastemakers in the electronic music scene.

Ephy Pinkman is exactly the sort of wild ringleader you want in charge of your party. He has too much energy, too much love, and too many stories to tell to keep it cool. So he doesn't. He overflows onto the dance floor and infuses everyone on it with his loveable charms. This once-quiet kid harnesses his ADHD superpowers and channels them into everything he does. From banging out hard and fast DJ sets to crafting dramatic drums and captivating melodies in the studio or sending up the scene with his memes and videos on Instagram, he does it at x100.

It's almost a decade since German-born Pinkman got his first taste of techno at Zug Der Liebe in Berlin. Just a year after discovering that Charleston and swing dancing was a perfect outlet for his energy, he was hooked on the rhythmic electronic bass and set about making his own sounds. Each time he gets in the studio he pours out the insanity in his head and the raging fires in his heart using a mix of hard techno, rave, trance, bass and whatever else. He tells stories with his music that his words cannot, and there is one story in particular that will always define him.

In 2016, the endless rush he gets from life was instantly thwarted when he had to undergo scoliosis surgery to fix the curvature of his spine. What followed was five days of agonising pain, 42 titanium implants, eight months of recovery and plenty of loss... loss of energy, loss of control, loss of simple everyday movements. Over time he rebuilt, taught himself how to move, how to walk, how to dress, and then how to express these experiences with music.

This restless raver is now back to his exuberant, buoyant and unstoppable best. He is bouncing around plenty of the scene's most respected DJ booths, dropping inescapably zest bangers and throwing shapes like never before. He is the vibrant and vivacious artist you need to shock you out of your comfort zone; the man who reminds you to grab life with both hands and live every moment as if it were your last. He is Ephy Pinkman, and there is no one else like him.

It is this radiant smile that immediately makes you one with the man who is taking you on a journey. On a journey that makes him so happy that he absolutely wants to share it with you. Because his DJsets are a journey. They tell a story of letng go, of being free and happy. The natural distancebetween artst and audience dissolves completely with him, because he is one of us. There is no VIPbehaviour, no cakes are thrown, because only one thing counts: the music. And it has the depth ittakes to enchant people. In recent years, Lexer has become one of the best storytellers in electronicmusic. And not only in his sets, but of course also in his productons on labels like Bedrock Records,Einmusika, Radikon & 3000Grad. No queston, his deep melodic techno touches people, becauseLexer manages to fnally give this music, which has been watered down for some years now bycheap showmanship, a soul again. For this he invests an incredible amount of heart and soul. Henever stands stll, but constantly works on his musical vision. His skills as a producer have developedincredibly rapidly, his DJing is close to perfecton. And then he stands there on the decks, absorbedin his sound, one with the crowd, and an almost shy smile becomes this radiance, because he feelshow happy he makes people with what he's doing.
