Freunde, it´s Showcase time!

Am 19. November holen wir uns die Gang von Mobilee Records zu einer fantastischen Showcase Nacht in den Club. Mitglieder des Partykommitees sind Rodriguez Jr. (live), Rey&Kjavik, Squire & Labelmitbegründer Ralf Kollmann. Um 23 Uhr öffnen wir unsere Tore für einen tollen Abend!

WICHTIGE HINWEISE !! (English Below)

• Zutritt zur Veranstaltung nur mit 2G !! (vollständig geimpft, min. 14 Tage nach der letzten Impfung oder genesen in den letzten 6 Monaten)
• 2G Nachweis ausschließlich über einen QR Code der über die CovPass Check App zu validieren ist. Checkt bitte vorher ob der QR Code über die Apotheken zu bekommen ist.
• Der Impfnachweis über einen Impfpass ist nicht mehr ausreichend!
• Jeder Gast muss sich via Luca App oder der Corona Warn App vor Ort registrieren.
• Es besteht keine Abstands- und Maskenpflicht.
• Nach dem Kauf des Tickets bekommt JEDER Käufer automatisch eine E-Mail mit einem Downloadlink für das Ticket. Solltet ihr keine Mail bekommen, schaut bitte in eure SPAM/Junk Ordner.
• Eine Liste ALLER Ticketkäufer ist am Einlass hinterlegt. Ein Ticket ist nicht zwingend nötig! Ausweis und PayPal Bestätigung reicht aus.
• Aktuell bieten wir leider keine weitere Zahlungsmöglichkeit außer PayPal für den Ticketkauf an. Wir arbeiten aber an weiteren alternativen.

Die Ritter Butzke Production UG akzeptieren generell keine Rücknahme oder Umtausch der Tickets.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei reinen Ticketbestellungen kein Fernabsatzgesetz gilt.

Hintergrund ist, dass Sport-, Freizeit- und Kulturveranstaltungen jeder Art bei einem zweiwöchigen Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht kaum plan- und wirtschaftlich durchführbar wären. Das sieht auch der Gesetzgeber so, weshalb das Fernabsatzgesetz bei dem zwischen Ihnen und dem Veranstalter geschlossenen Vertrag über die Erbringung einer Dienstleistung im Bereich der Freizeitgestaltung (§ 312 b Abs.3 Nr.6 BGB), ausdrücklich keine Anwendung findet.

IMPORTANT NOTES !!!

– Admission to event only with 2G !!! (fully vaccinated, min. 14 days after last vaccination or recovered in the last 6 months).
– Each guest must register via Luca App or the Corona Warn App on site.
– This eliminates the distance and mask requirement on the dance floor.
– After the purchase, EVERY buyer will automatically receive an email with a download link for the ticket. If you don’t get an email, please check your SPAM/Junk folder.
– Each ticket buyer is deposited with first and last name at the entrance and does not necessarily need a ticket! ID and Paypal confirmation is   sufficient.
– Unfortunately, we do not offer any other payment option than PayPal.
– Online ticket sales will end only at the end of the event (approx. 5 o’clock) or when Sold Out.

Ritter Butzke Production UG generally do not accept returns or exchanges of tickets.

Please note that there is no distance selling law for pure ticket orders.

The background to this is that sports, leisure and cultural events of all kinds would hardly be plannable and economically feasible with a two-week right of revocation and return. This is also the view of the legislator, which is why the Distance Selling Act expressly does not apply to the contract concluded between you and the event organizer for the provision of a service in the area of leisure activities (§ 312 b para.3 no.6 BGB).
